Description

Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Winona, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade educational facility.

Sealed bids will be received for construction of a softball field house and football restrooms. Proposals must be submitted in duplicate on blank proposal forms provided with the specifications. Electronic bids will also be accepted in pdf format and must contain the same information and items required for paper bids, including a bid bond. Bids must be received before the specified closing time, and no bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing for a period of sixty days. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informalities in the bidding.
