High Street, Jackson, Michigan. The project will include resurfacing with highway-grade asphalt, repainting of all parking lines, directional arrows, and pavement words, grading for proper water runoff, and drainage repairs at specified locations. As part of the scope, bidders will also evaluate and provide a concrete rehabilitation solution near the bus wash bay to address drainage and potential ice buildup issues, with the option of accommodating a snowmelt system if feasible.
