The existing clubhouse was constructed and opened in 2001 and is located within the Tittabawassee River Watershed and floodplain. The proposed project consists of an expansion to the west side of the building to include two new golf simulator bays adjacent to the existing Pro Shop Area. Further, the City would request alternative pricing with the expansion to re-roof the entire West Clubhouse part of the bid package.
