Reference Number 0000402640 Bid Intent Not Available City of Midland with Architectural & Engineering Qualifications & Cost Proposals for the Currie Golf Course West Clubhouse Expansion, per the attached specifications and standard instructions The City of Midland is seeking qualifications and cost proposals from professional design architectural and engineering firms for the design and construction administration of an addition to the existing West Clubhouse at Currie Golf Course, located at 1300 Currie Pkwy, Midland, MI 48640. The existing clubhouse was constructed and opened in 2001 and is located within the Tittabawassee River Watershed and floodplain. The proposed project consists of an expansion to the west side of the building to include two new golf simulator bays adjacent to the existing Pro Shop Area. Further, the City would request alternative pricing with the expansion to re-roof the entire West Clubhouse part of the bid package.
