Cheval West Community Development District (the "District") hereby requests proposals to provide services relating to the exterior landscaping and irrigation maintenance services for Cheval West Community Development District, all as more specifically set forth in the Project Manual. The District has the right to reject any, and all proposals, make modifications to the work, and waive any minor informalities and irregularities in proposals as it deems appropriate, if it determines in its discretion that it is in the best interest of the District to do so. Ranking of proposals will be made by the Board of Supervisors on the basis of qualifications according to the evaluation criteria contained within the Project Manual and will meet on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at the Cheval Golf & Country Club, Sunset Room, located at 4312 Cheval Boulevard, Lutz, Florida 33558, to conduct said ranking. The meeting is hereby publicly advertised. Any and all questions relative to this project shall be directed in writing, by e-mail only, to Stephen Brletic at sbrletic@bdiengineers.com, no later than Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. (EST). Answers will be provided to all eligible proposers by 5:00 p.m. (EST), Tuesday, December 2, 2025 Proposals shall be submitted in one sealed opaque package, shall bear the name of the proposer on the outside of the package and shall identify the name of the project. Proposals will be opened at the time, place, and date stipulated above; those received after the deadline stipulated above will be returned unopened to the proposer. Any proposal not completed as specified or missing the required proposal documents as provided in the Project Manual may be disqualified.
