Description

Renovation of an office development in Tallahassee, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade office development.

Mad Dog Construction is accepting sealed subcontractor bids from qualified firms for the following scopes: Selective Demolition, Steel, Painting, Fire Sprinkler, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical for the Design Chiller Replacement at the Collins Building in Tallahassee, Florida. Bids must be submitted in full in accordance with the requirements of the Drawings, Specifications, Bidding Conditions, and Contractual Conditions, which may be examined and obtained upon request. Questions regarding the bid should be submitted via email. The award of each subcontract will be based solely on the best interest of the project as determined by Mad Dog Construction. Pre-qualification Requirements: All bidders must complete the mandatory prequalification process as per Rule 60D-5.004, FAC, by the specified deadline regardless of any previous pre-qualification. Bidders must not be on the convicted vendor list or the State of Florida's discriminatory vendor list. Contractors and subcontractors must cooperate with the inspector general during any investigation, audit, inspection, review, or hearing.
