** As of December 18, 2025 project has been awarded to Tropical Fencing LLC with an awarded amount of $ 206,357.** Remove and replace 10-foot tall and 8ft fencing as indicated in drawing with 1-foot Barbed wire (11-foot total height), Black Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Coated, 9-Gauge Steel Fabric and Posts, include PVC Coated Line Posts, PVC Coated Pull Posts, PVC Coated Post Caps, PVC Coated Rails, 2-Strand Galvanized Barbed Wire & Black coated T-Bar (Heavy Mil), Black coated Tension Wire and Twist Ties (Heavy Mil), and Twist Tie Tool The Virgin Islands Port Authority ("VIPA" or the "Authority") is seeking bids from qualified and licensed contractors to replace approximately 2,000linear ft of damaged perimeter fencing and install new fencing at the Wilfred "Bomba" Allick Container Port located on St. Croix, United States Virgin Islands.
