Joya Independent School District is requesting proposals from interested and qualified vendors to be provided in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications established within this solicitation. The term for this proposal is through December 31, 2026, with a option to extend for an additional one-year term following Superintendent's approval. All applicable licenses and certificates as required to satisfy local, State of Texas and Federal guidelines, must be submitted with proposal. Vendors will be selected based on their responses to this proposal request and compliance with local, State of Texas and Federal guidelines, where applicable. All services provided by the awarded vendor(s) shall be in accordance with local, State of Texas and Federal guidelines, where applicable. Quoted prices shall be F.O.B. destination: Supplies -La Joya I.S.D. Central Warehouse, La Joya, Texas 78560, unless otherwise specified on the purchase order; Equipment - La Joya I.S.D Asset Management Warehouse, 41609 West Expressway 83, La Joya, TX 78560, and shall include delivery and packaging costs. Deliveries will be accepted only between the hours of 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM during work days. Vendor must deliver goods within five business days after receipt of purchase order. La Joya I.S.D. reserves the right to accept cash-carry proposals if these are to the district's best interest.
