Metro Parks is seeking to retain up to four qualified and properly licensed A/E consultant firms (Consultant) to provide project management and related services on an on-call basis as required for the effective management of park improvement projects. The Consultant will be expected to work closely with the Metro staff and various stakeholders in the public and private sectors. The Team (Prime and/or Subconsultants) shall be able to provide all services as described herein: Park, recreation and urban planning Infrastructure, ex. bioretention, bridge and culvert, hardscape, etc. Lawns, athletic fields, sports courts, playgrounds, and other leisure facilities Capital project management Architecture Landscape architecture Surveying Engineering (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other construction systems, as well as traffic/transportation, environmental engineering, and hydraulic/marine engineering) Cost estimating Historic and Cultural Resource Analysis Geotechnical Services Electronics, audio/video, and lighting design Aquatic design Irrigation design Graphic design The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
