Supplemental Storm Sewer Outfall Repairs throughout various locations for the Harris County Flood Control District - Project ID Z100-00-00-X367 (for one year beginning approximately February 1, 2026). Question Deadline 11/07/2025 at 12:00 PM CT The Contract consists of project work orders that will be issued under the Contract for execution. Project work orders will include storm sewer outfall repairs, for projects located throughout Harris County, Texas. Major emphasis of the project work order repairs will be storm sewer outfall repairs, including but not limited to removal and disposal of manholes, removal and disposal of failed outfall conduits, installation of manholes, installation of outfall conduits, manhole and inlet repairs, import fill, light erosion repair, riprap installation, concrete collar installation, and related items. B. The intent of this project work order repair Contract is to establish a means for conducting priority outfall repair work orders in Harris County, Texas. Project work orders will be issued under this Contract as they are completed and the full scope of work for each project work order will be established with the Contractor on site prior to the start of construction for each project work order. Repairs proposed in the project work orders will be based on the details represented in the initial bid set of Project Plans (bid document details). C. The project work orders issued under the Contract are intended as a guide. The exact scope of work and project work order limits will be determined in the field by the Engineer, or his designee prior to and during construction activities, and HCFCD makes no guarantees on the amount of Work associated with each project work order. Due to the dynamic conditions on site, project scope and quantities may vary from site to site. HCFCD reserves the right to adjust project work order scope and quantities as necessary in accordance with the Contract. D. Project Work Orders may be added or deleted from the Contract as priorities change, and the sequencing of project construction will be prioritized and determined by the Engineer, or his designee.
