The MILLSTONE TOWNSHIP BOARD OF EDUCATION is soliciting competitive proposals using the Extraordinary Unspecifiable Services (EUS) procurement method for RFP 26-001 Wireless Communication Tower Consultant. All necessary EUS/RFP specifications and proposal forms are available upon written request. RFPs must be submitted in a sealed envelope and delivered to the Office of the School Business Administrator/Board Secretary of Millstone Township Board of Education. The envelope must be labeled with the title "Wireless Communication Tower Consultant," RFP No. 26-001, the name and address of the respondent, and the RFP due date and deadline time. All respondents are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any proposals and to waive minor informalities or non-material exceptions in the best interest of the Board.
