Renovation of a mixed-use development in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility; one-story above grade educational facility; and one-story above grade educational facility.
**As of January 9, 2026 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on January 26, 2026.** Project R-1: 2026 Roof Replacement and Related Work at Northcrest E.S. & Northwood M.S. and Project R-2: 2026 Roof Replacement and Related Work at North Side H.S. & Brentwood E.S. Each bid proposal shall include all labor, material and services necessary to complete the projects in strict accordance with the drawings and specifications as prepared and on file. Bids shall be received from a single prime contractor. Bids shall comply with the requirements for submission, including a certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent of the bid. Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds in an amount equal to one hundred percent of the contract amount are required no later than ten days after execution of the contract. Only complete sets of plans and specifications will be distributed, and electronic PDF sets are available at additional cost. A refundable deposit is required for each set of plans and specifications. Fort Wayne Community Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and conditions contract awards and payments on sufficiency of funding. Bids may not be modified, withdrawn, or cancelled for sixty days following the bid deadline without consent.
