Renovation of an industrial development in Camden, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade industrial development.
Sealed proposals are requested for the General Contract for the Manufacturing Building Technology Renovation at Southern Arkansas University Tech in Camden, Arkansas. General contractors may obtain three sets of the Project Manual, including Specifications and Drawings, by paying any shipping costs and a refundable $600 deposit if all sets are returned in good condition within five days after bid opening. Subcontractors and material suppliers may purchase additional copies for a nonrefundable $200 per set. Only complete sets are issued. All bidders must be licensed in the State of Arkansas. Bids must be accompanied by a bidder's bond or cashier's check for five percent (5%) of the bid amount, payable to Southern Arkansas University Tech, Camden, Arkansas. The successful bidder must furnish satisfactory performance and payment bonds using AIA Document A312. The Owner reserves the right to waive informality or reject any or all bids. No bid can be withdrawn for thirty (30) days after bid opening without written consent from the Owner. Note - As per Addendum 1 Submit questions regarding this Solicitation via email Keisha Robinson at krobinso@sautech.edu and Bethany Allen at ballen@lemvrw.com by midnight, Central Time on or before Thursday, November 6, 2025.
