Friable removal of approximately 6336 square feet of popcorn ceiling texture and approximately 758 square feet of orange floor sheeting throughout the 1st and 2nd floors of the vacant building located at 3135 7th Street, Moline, Illinois. 2. All quantities are approximate, contractor to verify all quantities. Drawings and Specifications are dated October 2025 Alterations and coordination with existing work. 1. Begin abatement activities at 3135 7th Street, Moline, Illinois on November 12th, 2025. Substantial completion by November 26th, 2025, at 3:30 p.m. 2. Working hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
