New construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Toronto, Ontario. Design plans call for the construction of a 309,009-square-foot, nine-story above grade, 512-unit elderly care / assisted living facility.
Redevelopment of the property for the construction of a 9-storey long-term care facility with 512 beds in a mix of private and semi-private rooms. The facility also includes indoor and outdoor amenities. TIMELINE: Preliminary designs are ongoing. Official Plan Amendment and Rezoning approvals are in place with the city of Toronto. A site plan application is expected to e submitted to the city for review by late 2026. There are currently no tender or construction timelines at this time. Further update late 2026 / early 2027.
