Trilogy Engineering Services (Trilogy) is seeking a qualified "Construction Contractor' to perform various construction services for City of Houston - Leland Woods Redevelopment Authority - Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) 22. On behalf of TIRZ 22, Trilogy has identified various areas within TIRZ 22 jurisdiction as needing enhancements to improve the urban environment's safety, accessibility, and efficiency. These projects have been developed into three (3) separate tasks. Task 1: Enhance crosswalks and intersection with improved striping, updated pedestrian signals and signage, audio crosswalk systems, and sidewalk enhancements. Conduct selective repairs on damaged roadways, including pothole filling and panel replacements. Upgrade and repair traffic signage, including speed limit and stop signs, to improve roadways safety and compliance.
