The Town of Highland Park, Texas, is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified professional architectural, engineering, and planning firms with expertise in historic preservation, municipality facility planning, and campus development to conduct a comprehensive Feasibility and Facility Assessment. The purpose of this assessment is to plan for the expansion and renovation of the historic Town Hall and the Service Center Campus, while meeting current and future operational needs. The selected firm must demonstrate sensitivity to the historic character, architectural heritage, and preservation needs of Highland Park's Town Hall, while also providing innovative solutions for modern functionality, efficiency, safety and security. In addition, the firm will be expected to show strong architectural experience in master planning and designing modern warehouses, shops, workspaces, training, and public safety and service facilities.
