The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is seeking a pre-qualified firm to provide demolition and removal of improvements, structures, or other encumbrances in the right of way or easement areas. Bidders must ensure that their bid arrives by the specified deadline. No bids will be accepted after the set time. Bidders are responsible for reviewing all solicitation updates. Communication about this solicitation or scope with any GDOT staff, including the Commissioner and Board Members, is restricted except as instructed in the ITB or under existing work agreements. Violation of this provision may result in rejection of the respondent's submittal. Pre-qualification requirements: This solicitation is open only to bidders who currently hold prequalification status for Right of Way Property Management Services issued by GDOT and possess a current prequalification certificate. Bids from firms not currently listed on the GDOT prequalification listing will not be considered. The deadline for submission of questions relating to this solicitation is the time and date shown in the (Schedule of Events- Section III above) Prime Contractors are defined as the firm submitting the bid response and the firm with whom GDOT will contract. The Team is defined as the Prime Contractor and their sub-contractor(s), who are considered team members. The Prime Contractor must be prequalified in the Right of Way Property Management service class (es) identified below in Section 5.A. The Prime Contractor or sub-contractor team members must be prequalified in the Right of Way Property Management service classes identified below in Section 5.B. A copy of the prequalification form must be provided for both the Prime as well as the Team at the time of bid submittal. A.
