The Resort Village of Elk Ridge is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to prequalify experienced and qualified water well drilling contractors for a subsequent invitational procurement related to the Elk Ridge Well(s) Project. This RFQ outlines mandatory requirements that must be met to participate in the prequalification process. The scope of work includes: Mechanical rehabilitation of the existing water well PW7-2014 (101.50 m deep, 200 mm nominal diameter, PVC plastic casing). Installation of a 75 mm diameter stainless steel intake screen liner into PW7-2014 following successful rehabilitation. Mechanical rehabilitation of the existing water well PW6-2011 (100.81 m deep, 200 mm nominal diameter, PVC plastic casing), contingent on the success of items 1 and 2. Drilling of a confirmatory testhole and electric logging to an estimated depth of 115 m, followed by the installation of a 50 mm diameter PVC plastic-cased observation well to an estimated depth of 110 m.
