The Project consists of: Interior renovations of one apartment unit at 2 Lussier Circle, Easthampton, MA The work is estimated to cost $ 45,221 The participation goals for this project shall be 15.3% for minorities and 6.9% for women. A. The Work of the Contract consists of: 1. Removal and disposal of existing carpet and vinyltile flooring, vinyl base trim in allrooms, kitchen cabinets, countertops, appliances, kitchen sink, lighting fixtures, selected doors and hardware, electric baseboard radiation, thermostats, etc. New Construction shall include LVT flooring in the kitchen and bathroom, refinishing existing hardwood flooring under carpet, new vinyl base trim in all rooms, new kitchen cabinets, countertops, hardware, appliances, kitchen sink and faucet, new light fixtures, new receptacles, switches and coverplates, painting of all walls and ceiling, new electric baseboard radiation and thermostats, etc as indicated on the Construction Drawings. 2. Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated not to be done. 3. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 4. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. B. Execution of Work: Work to be performed in timely and workmanlike fashion. Site must be cleaned up daily with access needed for overnight. C. Warranties/Guaranties: 1 Year Warranty on Labor and Materials Completion- 75 consecutive calendar days thereafter
