Reference Number 0000402678 Bid Intent Not Available The City of Fort Lauderdale is seeking information from qualified and experienced firms regarding the planning, design, engineering, construction and maintenance of the New River Crossing Tunnel (Project). This Request for Information (RFI) is issued as part of the preliminary market analysis to gather input on optimal contracting strategies and delivery models, estimate project timelines and resource requirements, and identify innovations within the industry. The Procurement Services Division has "GONE LIVE" with a new supplier registration and strategic sourcing system. The Procurement Services Division has implemented an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The ERP System is INFOR. As an enterprise system, one of the various modules is the Supplier Portal. The Supplier Portal is the gateway that allows for the City and Suppliers to connect and conduct business. The Supplier Portal is a one-stop electronic commerce exchange enabling suppliers interested in conducting business with the City to register as a supplier, respond to sourcing events/solicitations, and update their supplier information at any time.
