Renovation of a municipal facility in Webster, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.

Scope of work: Remove and replace hot water boiler system. Remove chilled water system in its entirety. Remove and replace the two multizone air handling units. Replace the courtroom AHU with a new unit. Replace all the radiation heating, cooling and ventilation to the space. Jail (Replace the existing radiation zone valves in the tunnel with DDC). All new above listed systems shall be IP based Bacnet controls tied to the new web based DDC system. Exclusions: All asbestos abatement to be done under the owner. Bid specifications may be obtained from the Day County Auditor's Office. Each bid must be plainly marked on envelope: "Bid for HVAC Equipment and Temperature Controls Upgrade at the Day County Courthouse". The Day County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids and to accept the bid which they deem most favorable to Day County.
