The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: environmental impacts and mitigation measure requirements; dust control; erosion control; traffic control; adjustment and relocation of utilities; adjusting manholes and boxes to grade; clearing, grubbing, removals, and demolition; soil excavation; asphalt concrete (AC) including HMA & ARHM; cold planning; aggregate base; construction of PCC curb ramps, curb and gutter, driveways, sidewalk, cross and longitudinal gutters; sewer improvements; storm drain and catch basin improvements; water system improvements (including relocation of fire hydrants, abandonment of water services, installation of water service lines and meters); root pruning and tree removal; irrigation modifications; landscape and irrigation; LS-3 street lighting system; traffic signing, striping, and markings; proposed traffic signals and video detection systems; traffic signal modifications; on-site private property reconstruction of parking lot improvements, water and fire systems, electrical, landscape, and irrigation. Bidders must submit their bids electronically, but bid security and the appropriate forms must be delivered in a sealed envelope to the City Clerk before the bid closing time. Only registered contractors and subcontractors in compliance with SB 854 and the Community Workforce Agreement (CWA) are eligible.
