Maintenance services are required for the critical water system supporting the Sterile Processing Service (SPS) at the Lexington VA Health Care System. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other necessary services to ensure the system remains fully operational and compliant with VHA Directive 1116(2) and AAMI ST108 standards. Services include monthly preventive maintenance, five emergency service visits per year, and 24-hour emergency response with on-site arrival within eight hours. The contractor must also provide 24-hour continuous remote digital monitoring of system parameters including conductivity, resistivity, temperature, flood alarms, filter status, and system failure, with alerts sent to designated VA staff. All maintenance documentation must be submitted electronically to the Contracting Officer Representatives. The contractor must be certified to work on the existing equipment and provide a detailed quality control plan. The period of performance is a five-year firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement beginning December 1, 2025. Location: Lexington VA Medical Center, Troy Bowling Campus, 1101 Veterans Drive, Lexington, KY 40502, USA The base year shall be December 1, 2025, to November 30, 2026. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
