Renovation of a medical facility in Waco, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade medical facility.
Heart of Texas Behavioral Health Network is seeking proposals from eligible and qualified firms to provide bids for General Contractor Services for an Outpatient Behavioral Health Facility Renovation. Respondents should provide information based on the criteria set out in the Request for Proposals. Heart of Texas BHN reserves the right to reject all submissions or waive any technicalities where such is in the best interest of the organization. All questions regarding clarification or interpretation of the RFP will be submitted in writing by the Proposer and must be received by 4:00 p.m. on November 3, 2025. Answers to the questions will be posted on the Owner's website by 4:00 p.m. on November 4, 2025. No questions will be addressed unless provided in writing. All correspondence pertaining to this RFP should be addressed to:contractsmanagement@hotbhn.org. The target start date is November 2025 and the finish date is early Spring 2026.
