Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.
Mavis McMullen Housing Society (MMHS) is a non-profit charitable organization established in 1986 and incorporated in 1987. To offer stable, affordable, and independent housing to low-income women and their families living with multiple challenges. MMHS owns and operates Haley Place, a four-storey wood framed building which includes 13 one-bedroom units, 23 two-bedroom units, 3 three-bedroom units and common areas. The property was constructed in 1995. The gross livable area is 37,000 sf and the gross floor area including the parkade below grade is 43,000 sf. The scope of work includes but it's not limited to: Providing tree barrier protection as indicated on drawings Parking garage concrete and reinforcing steel repairs Installing new SBS modified-bitumen membrane waterproofing at the courtyard parking garage roof slab Reinstating soft and hard landscaping impacted by the area of work Replacing wood fencing at Unit 212 Question Deadline 11/10/2025 at 10:00 AM PT Questions submitted after this deadline will not receive a response.
