Structural work includes concrete slab on grade with perimeter footing, steel columns with concrete spread footings, light gauge steel wall framing and roof trusses, and plywood wall sheathing and roof decking. Exterior finishes include masonry veneer, standing seam metal roofing, membrane roofing, and aluminum curtainwall/storefront windows and doors. Interior finishes include carpet, vinyl composition tile and ceramic tile floors, painted gypsum board walls, and suspended acoustic tile ceilings. Electrical work includes connections to existing service and power and data circuiting to all areas. Complete HVAC systems are to be installed at each addition. Plumbing work includes new toilets in each addition along with roof drain connections to the storm water system.
