The City of Modesto (City) is soliciting Request for Proposals / Request for Qualifications (RFP / RFQ) for Survey Services as part of Rouse/Colorado Neighborhood - Area 9 Septic to Sewer Conversion Project for the City of Modesto. Background Stanislaus County has applied for State funding to fund the following sewer projects within the Rouse/Colorado Neighborhood - County Area 9. The County has a project to install sewer mains and laterals in the Right-of-way. The City has the Area 9 Septic to Sewer Conversion Project to assist residents with a no "out-of-pocket" cost opportunity to transition from their existing septic systems to City wastewater services. These efforts is to convert 167 parcels from a septic system to the City Sewer System. A selection committee will evaluate all submittals; however, the Request for Proposals / Request for Qualifications (RFP / RFQ) does not commit the City to award a subsequent Agreement for Consultant Services, to pay for any costs incurred in preparation or presentation of the Proposals / Statements of Qualifications, or to procure a contract for services. Following the selection committee's evaluation of submittals, interviews may be conducted and your firm may be contacted to schedule an interview date. Afterwards, the City may select a consultant to proceed with this project. The selection considerations for evaluating the submitted documents are included in this Request for Proposals / Request for Qualifications (RFP / RFQ).
