The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, management, equipment, supplies, transportation, and materials necessary to perform landscaping and grounds maintenance services at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. Services include lawn maintenance (minimum 26 mowings per year), shrub bed maintenance (twice weekly as needed), tree care and pruning (weekly as needed), fertilization and aeration (three times per year each), environmental weed control (weekly and as needed), trash pickup (three times per week at building entrances and parking lots, and five times per week for Buildings 200 and 99 with an estimated 58 receptacles), bi-weekly street and parking lot cleaning, solar field weeding and erosion care (weekly and as needed), daily irrigation installation, repair, and operations, hydro seeding of existing lawn areas, and emergency repairs resulting from preventive maintenance inspections. All services must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and VA policies. **Location:** VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, 11301 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90073, United States.
