The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive Janitorial and Custodial Services for Wake Technical Community College. These services are crucial to the efficient operation and strategic initiatives of the college. Wake Tech is the largest community college in North Carolina, with nine (9) locations within Wake County, with approximately 1,882,500 square feet area requiring janitorial and custodial services. Wake Tech serves over 74,000 students annually offering a wide range of degree, diploma, and certificate programs, as well as non-credit courses for workforce development and personal enrichment.
