Reference Number 0000402833 Purchase Type Duration: 1 year Option: 2 - 1 year extensions This Request for Bids (RFB) covers contract labor and service for electrical work in the City of Southfield. The City's Facilities Maintenance Department maintains the physical plant in 54 buildings and structures (865,804 square feet total). The Contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, tools, and services required by the manager of Facilities Maintenance or his/her designate to complete the service and emergency work as needed and subject to the conditions of the specifications as given to the Contractor. Question Deadline 11/07/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No, Questions must be received no later than time and be sent to purchasingdept@cityofsouthfield.com. Place the name of the bid request in the subject line of the email. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any irregularity in any proposal, to split awards by items or lots (unless otherwise stipulated either in the specifications or by the proposer) or to award to other than the low proposer, should any of the foregoing be deemed in its best interests.
