Demolition and renovation of an office development in Sandston, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 750-square-foot, two-story above grade office development.
The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, tools, materials, and incidentals necessary for the demolition of existing tenant space (750 SF) and construction of a conference room with a new entrance to the Administration Suite on the 2nd floor of the Terminal Building. The work includes, but is not limited to, demolition of existing walls, casework, fixtures, and finishes; construction of new walls, fixtures, finishes, and modification to existing mechanical, fire suppression, electrical systems, and minor plumbing work, along with the installation of new communication pathways for owner-provided equipment for the conference room and entrance to the existing Administration Suite in accordance with enclosed specifications and drawings.
