The project involves edge treatment improvements to the Park Place stormwater management basin located north of Monticello Lane to address areas of erosion. The work will re-establish the aquatic bench along the perimeter of the basin due to the normal pool being lowered by 19 inches, with the aim to alleviate an upstream stormwater management deficiency. Additionally, the project will improve the basin edge aesthetic that resulted from lowering the normal pool by 19 inches. Bids are to be submitted electronically. Each bidder is required to provide a Bid Guaranty as per Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code, evidence of experience with projects of similar size and complexity, and must ensure compliance with prevailing wage requirements and nondiscriminatory employment practices. All contractors and subcontractors are required, to the extent practicable, to use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor.
