Contractor agrees to provide to California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Wastewater Analysis and Monitoring Services. Contractor agrees to provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, permits, travel, and incidentals necessary to monitor, maintain, sample, test and service wastewater at the Buckman Springs Safety Roadside Rest Area (SRRA) located in San Diego County, on a 24-hour, seven (7) days per week, on an on-call, as- needed basis. Unless otherwise expressly stated by Caltrans, service requests will be treated as routine services. Non-routine service requests have shorter response time requirements. Bidder shall possess at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the Agreement, a valid and current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Caltrans will verify bidder's DIR registration; it is not necessary to provide a copy. Bidder shall posses at time of bid submittal and for the duration of the contract a current and valid Class 1 Certified Water Treatment Operator Certification issued by the California State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB).
