Window Replacement For The Pavilion Event Center - Windows/Doors Sealed bids are invited to replace windows in the Main Hall of the Pavilion Event Center located in the Carleen Bright Arboretum in Woodway, Texas. A bid bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid must be submitted with each bid. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the CITY OF WOODWAY, or negotiable U.S. Government bonds (at par value), may be substituted in lieu of a Bid Bond. Each bidder may complete a site visit before submitting a bid, and a signed Site Visit Certification must be included in the submitted bid to be considered complete and responsive. The City of Woodway reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the City of Woodway for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award.
