**As of January,2,2025 the project was awarded to JM Construction, with an awarded amount of $260,200** Bids are invited for several items and quantities of work as follows: All work related to the rehabilitation of the City of Mason Ground Storage Tanks (GST) two (2) - 34' dia. x 25' tall (0.212 MG) welded steel ground storage tank (Base Bid); One (1) 130' tall, 200,000 gallon spheroid elevated storage tank (Alternate Bid) A bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid [for those contracts that exceed $100,000]. A certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Mason or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. Project Estimate: $250,000.00 - $300,000.00 Question Deadline 11/06/2025: No oral interpretations will be made to any bidder. Each request for clarification shall be made in writing to the Grant Recipient or engineer no less than seven (7) days prior to the bid opening. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
