The project consists of repairing insulation on piping and Variable Air Volume (VAV) boxes at the Garland VA Medical Center. The contractor shall remove existing insulation, clean the piping and VAV boxes, and install new insulation with vapor barrier. All work must comply with VA specifications and standards. The contractor must coordinate with VA staff to minimize disruption to facility operations and ensure proper disposal of removed materials. Safety measures and infection control protocols must be followed throughout the duration of the project. **Location:** Garland VA Medical Center, 2300 Marie Curie Blvd, Garland, TX 75042 The Contractor shall exercise extreme care to avoid damaging Government property such as buildings, equipment, trees, shrubs, or turf. Any damage to Government property by the Contractor shall be repaired by the Contractor to its original condition at no additional cost to the Government. The Contractor shall ensure that all materials are new, free from defects, imperfections, and asbestos free (NO ASBESTOS CONTAINING MATERIALS SHALL BE USED ON THIS PROJECT). The Contractor shall perform installation for all materials and components.
