The City of Raleigh (COR) is solicitating proposals from one or more firm(s) with which to contract for the following services: Manage the utilities wastewater flow monitoring network, which includes 52 permanent flow monitors, 5 level only monitors, 1 rain gauge, and a web-based monitoring application.
