The project consists of the partial roof replacement at Winnetonka High School, which includes the removal of the existing roof system (approximately 19,993 square feet), installation of specified roof insulation, a fully adhered single-ply roof system, and sheet metal work. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit as a prerequisite to bid acceptance. Contractors and sub-contractors may obtain bidding documents by email request. All bids are contingent upon available funding, and the awarding body reserves the right to reject any or all bids and determine the lowest responsible bid at its sole discretion.
