Additionally, the work included, but is not limited to, earthwork, traffic control, erosion control and stabilization. Question Deadline 11/13/2025 at 5:00 PM MT Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Contractors License Required - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 10 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % No Bid will be received unless accompanied by a cashier's, certified, bank check or a Bid Bond equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the maximum Bid, payable to the Owner as a guarantee that after a Bid is accepted, Bidder will execute and file the Agreement and 100 percent (100%) Performance and Payment Bonds within ten days after the Notice of Award. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the time set for opening Bids. The Town of Lochbuie reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality or technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous.
