Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Bastrop, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.

As of 1/6/2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award was not determined. Base work includes complete tear off of sheet metal roofing systems and replacement with TPO and standing seam sheet metal roofing systems, replacement of sheet metal drainage system including gutter, downspouts, through-wall scuppers, and conductor heads, replacement of roof hatch, restoration of sheet metal cornice, removal/restoration of lightning protection system, removal/reinstallation of electrical systems in area of work, limited masonry restoration work, painting, and asbestos and lead abatement coincident to the work of this contract.
