Remodeling of a playground / park / athletic field in Honeyville, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
Sealed bids are requested for the construction of the Honeyville Park Restroom Remodel. The project consists of the interior remodel of the restroom located at 2800 W SR 240, Honeyville. Bids are to be submitted via email to seths@jonescivil.com and brittiny.honeyvillecity@gmail.com prior to the specified bid opening date and time. The bids will be received for a single prime contract on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. All documents listed in paragraph 7.01 of the Bid Form must be emailed; scanned or digital copies are acceptable, but digital photographs are not. Bidders must submit proof of qualifications to perform the work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality, and to make awards in the best interests of the owner based on both cost and proposed date of completion. Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to Seth Stanton, seths@jonescivil.com no later than 5:00 pm November 11, 2025.
