Work under this Contract generally includes the following items: Mobilization/demobilization Site preparation, including erosion controls, clearing and grubbing Excavation, handling, loading, transportation, and disposal of PCB Remediation Waste Placement of clean imported soil Site stabilization The actual Work is described in the Contract Documents, including all drawings and technical specifications. CONTRACTOR, as an independent contractor, shall furnish all necessary supervision, labor, materials and equipment, and safety equipment to perform the Work. The General Contract, when accepted by CONTRACTOR, shall be binding upon the parties hereto and shall incorporate by reference all the terms and conditions of this Contract, and shall detail the scope of work to be performed by CONTRACTOR. The terms of this agreement shall supersede all other terms. CONTRACTOR shall commence the Work as stipulated and agreed upon herein.
