The work consists of the expansion of the existing building at Gallant Hall with a new 1,500 square foot per floor, two-story addition. General bidders must be DCAMM-certified in General Building Construction and submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility along with a signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement.
