Instructions to Bidders: Sealed bids shall be addressed to the Town of Pearl River and delivered to the Pearl River Town Hall at 39460 Willis Alley, Pearl River, LA 70452. Complete bidding documents are available from the Town of Pearl River Mayor's Office at the same address. Prospective bidders are responsible for obtaining the most up-to-date Bidding Documents from the Mayor's Office. Bids will be received by mail and/or delivery. Contractors submitting bids must be licensed under LSA R.S. 37:2150-2164, in Building Construction, Heavy Construction, Landscaping, Grading and Beautification, Swimming Pools, and Limited Specialty Services. The bidder must display their license number(s) on the bid and sealed envelope. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for cause, in accordance with Title 38 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes. Each Bidder must deposit with their bid security in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the total bid price, provided on the specified form and subject to the conditions in the Information for Bidders. Sureties for bonds must be acceptable as listed on the U.S. Department of Treasury Circular 570. No Bidder may withdraw a bid within forty-five (45) days after the opening date.
