Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Crystal Beach, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town is requesting the tender for the improvements of the Farr Avenue and Gorham Road intersection. The general scope of the work will include the removal and replacement of the medians, crosswalks, curbs, asphalt restoration and crosswalk pavement markings. The goal is to create a safer intersection for both pedestrians and vehicles and adhere to AODA requirements. All tenders must be accompanied by a Digital Agreement to Bond and a Digital Bid Bond in the amount of $10,000.00 payable to The Corporation if the Town of Fort Erie.
