Sealed bids are invited for the construction of hardscape, landscape, and irrigation improvements for a 516 single family residential development on approximately 176 acres in Van Alstyne, Texas ETJ. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to Risland Mantua Eagle Point LLC on behalf of Van Alstyne Municipal Utility District No. 1 of Grayson County, Texas and Van Alstyne Municipal Utility District No. 2 of Collin County, Texas. A certified/cashier's check or acceptable bidder's bonds, without recourse to Owner or Developer, in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid submitted must accompany each bid. The Developer and Owner reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities and technicalities. There will be no pre-bid conference.
