The following articles provide further details on certain stages of the mandate. The Town of Princeville is soliciting bids by public tender for construction work on municipal infrastructure for the Faubourg des Prés development, subject to obtaining all necessary certificates and authorizations. The project is located in Princeville. This call for tenders includes, but is not limited to, the activities necessary to: Rock blasting at the level of private lands for the construction of foundations; Rock blasting for pipes and retention basins; The installation of sanitary and storm sewers and drinking water pipes; The connection to existing pipes; The installation of manholes, service entrances and other required accessories; The cleaning and testing of pipes; The excavation of 2 stormwater retention basins, including control chambers (regularization) and all required facilities; The supply and installation of foundation materials (MG-20 and MG-112); The profiling, compaction and final preparation of the surface to be paved; The paving work (connection to the existing and Richard Street); Surface repair work.
