Site work for a water / sewer project in Niagara Falls, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Sealed proposals are requested for the 10" diameter sanitary sewer repair project at 78th Street and Lindbergh Avenue in the City of Niagara Falls, NY. Each bidder must submit a certified check or bid bond of at least five percent of the bid price, payable to the Niagara Falls Water Board, per the conditions in the instructions to bidders. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond and labor and material payment bond, each in the amount of 100 percent of the accepted proposal, with sureties approved by Niagara Falls Water Board Counsel. All proposals must be on blank forms provided by the Office of the City Engineer. Required documentation includes the Insurance Information Form, Performance and Payment Bond Information Form, and other documents specified in the Instructions to Bidders. Copies of the specifications may be obtained for a $50 deposit. The deposit is refundable to bidders who return plans and specifications in good condition within forty-five days after the bid date. The Executive Director reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities.
