Demolition, new construction and renovation of a stadium in Parlier, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; for the demolition of a stadium; and for the construction of a 4,700-square-foot stadium.

Deadline for Submittal of Questions: Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. Parlier High School Stadium Replacement REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS AND SEALED FEE PROPOSAL ("RFQ") for lease-leaseback construction services. he Parlier High School Stadium Replacement project is comprised of Clearing and demolition of the existing Stadium including all corresponding support buildings, bleachers, lights, berms and all related items, new 9-lane International style Track and Field Events Surfacing, new-Synthetic Multi-Use Turf Football Field, Discus Throw, Shotput, Stadium Bleachers, Stadium Lights, new restroom buildings with snack bar, ticket booths, support rooms and Team room. The Project is subject to pre-qualification. All General Contractors will need to meet the pre-qualification deadline. To become pre-qualified, General Contractors must submit a completed pre-qualification application packet to the District Office no later than Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 2:00 PM on Quality Bidders, due date updated per Addendum 1. pre-construction services from January 2026 through February 2026.
