Site work for a water / sewer project in Golconda, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project; and one-story above grade water / sewer project.

The work includes the replacement of the existing pump station with a new duplex submersible pump lift station, pre-cast concrete wet well, valve vault, and manholes, electrical controls and service, 8" and 10" PVC sanitary sewer connections to the new lift station, and 6" PVC force main piping, connections, and other appurtenant work. Work also includes cleaning and video inspection of approximately 470 feet of 8" and 880 feet of 10" sanitary sewer, sewer rehabilitation which may include 8" and 10" CIPP, lateral reinstatement, point repairs, manhole lining, and other appurtenant work. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, bank draft, negotiable U.S. Government bonds at par value, or a satisfactory bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. Federal prevailing wages must be paid on this project. The work is subject to Section 3, 24 CFR Part 75 requirements. Contractors must ensure non-discrimination in employment. Bidders must not be excluded from any federal assistance program. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities. Bids may be held for up to 30 days for review and investigation.
